Qualifications i. Strong skills in Architectural Design ii. Experience in Software Development, preferably with knowledge in BIM/Revit. iii. Experience with Integration of design documentation with schedules and cost estimates. iv. Excellent Project Management skills with a practical approach v. Ability to understand and synthesize complex information and present it to internal teams and external stakeholders vi. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software package. vii. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, and professional registration in India viii. Experience in LEED or green building design with practical knowledge of passive technologies is a plus ix. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
