We're starting with Interventional Psychiatry—bringing modern infrastructure, operational excellence, and scalable support. Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and deadlines. Support primary and secondary research on clinical, technology, and business topics. Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform strategy. Coordinate and participate in interviews with clients, providers, and thought leaders. Develop client deliverables (reports, presentations) and thought leadership materials (white papers, blog posts). Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred) 3-5 years in healthcare management consulting Experience in startups or strategic operations, with team management Familiarity with U.S. healthcare, payment models, and digital health Skills & Attributes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent oral and written communication Experience with business and financial modeling Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative Passionate about healthcare innovation and patient outcomes Benefits Why Careforce?
