Designation: Associate - Client Onboarding Location: Hyderabad (In Office) Reporting To: Program Manager - Onboarding Overview: As an Associate - Client Onboarding , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding of clients while collaborating with multiple teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to develop expertise in client interactions, project coordination, and operational execution within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You will work closely with senior team members to support onboarding processes, improve client experience, and contribute to ekincare s mission of transforming corporate health benefits. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating client onboarding by working with Customer Success, Operations, Legal, and other teams. Support the development and execution of onboarding plans while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Act as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth transition. Maintain accurate records of client onboarding progress and generate status reports. Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements for faster and more efficient onboarding. Support CRM data management and maintain necessary documentation. Analyze client feedback to enhance onboarding processes and overall client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: MBA graduate (2023/2024 batch) from a reputed institute. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines. Basic understanding of project management principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
