Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our sales operations and ensure excellence in business production, quality control, and team performance. Location- MumbaiDesignation- Associate Cluster Head Key Responsibilities:1) Team Management:✔Design & implement BTL marketing, corporate partnerships, and worksite activities.✔ Manage Area Heads, recruit new sales hierarchy members & frontline associates (FAs).✔ Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless onboarding; mentor new hires with joint sales calls.✔ Set & track targets, conduct weekly reviews, identify gaps & drive course corrections.✔ Organize team-building activities & recognize high performers.✔ Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps & enhance competencies. 2) Production:✔ Meet or exceed sales, manpower, and productivity goals in the assigned territory.✔ Drive business expansion through strategic initiatives and promotional programs.✔ Provide clear targets, expert guidance, and ongoing support to optimize team efficiency. 3) Quality of business:✔ Focus on the right product and modal mix for maximum effectiveness.✔ Maintain strong persistency levels for long-term business stability.✔ Minimize cancellations (CD) and fraud lapses (FL).✔ Ensure continued engagement and renewal of sourced business. Qualifications & Experience:✅ 10-15 years, with at least 4-5 years in insurance sales leadership, particularly in lead-generation-based models.✅ Prior experience managing 30+ front-line sales professionals.✅ Graduate (12+ years exp) or Postgraduate (10+ years exp).
