What You've Accomplished You have a BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent work experience You have 8-12 years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in Managing People in a matrix type of IT Consulting organization You have demonstrated success in project delivery leadership roles in client facing environments Youve successfully developed and implemented mentorship and growth programs that have advanced careers across all levels.
