Job Description

Role description DEI Strategy and Program Implementation Design and execute targeted diversity hiring initiatives to increase representation across genders, age groups, persons with disabilities (PWD), and other underrepresented groups. Develop and execute global DEI strategies tailored to the specific needs of regions across EU, NA, and APAC. Launch and manage DEI RAINBOW Flagship programs aimed at fostering career growth for diverse talent pools, including women and employees from minority groups. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify gaps and propose initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion and equity. Design and execute employee-focused campaigns and workshops to promote DEI, ethics, and POSH awareness. Champion initiatives to promote inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWD) by creating accessible workplaces and engaging with external agencies for sourcing talent. Drive allyship programs to create a community-driven approach to DEI. Develop and deliver sessions on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence for employees and conduct fire side chat sessions. Organize diversity-focused events and campaigns, such as International Women's Day, Disability Awareness Month, and cultural celebrations, to promote awareness and engagement. Ethics Culture Development Lead initiatives to promote an ethics-first culture, ensuring employees are aware of and aligned with Tata Technologies' core values. Collaborate with the Ethics Committee to drive awareness and best practices for ethical compliance. Collaborate with the Ethics Committee to develop policies, training, and communication that reinforce ethical behavior. Evaluate and improve systems that enable employees to report ethical concerns with confidence and anonymity POSH Compliance and Training Ensure legal compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act through robust policies and processes. Organize and deliver mandatory POSH training programs for employees and leadership teams globally. Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze key DEI, ethics, and POSH metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities in DEI and ethics initiatives. Use analytics to drive data-informed decisions and prioritize impactful initiatives
