Lead and motivate the team because great work happens when energy is high Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ACD role, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives across digital, social, CRM, performance marketing, and offline channels. Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaign development, and high-impact marketing copy. Experience in leading creative teams, mentoring writers, and collaborating with designers, strategists, and marketers. Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, fitness culture, and digital content trends. Skills & Competencies Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for balancing brand voice, creativity, and conversion-driven messaging. Ability to think conceptually and translate business goals into engaging campaigns. Strong grasp of performance marketing copyknowing how to optimize for CTRs while maintaining creativity. Comfortable working on fast turnarounds and handling multiple projects at once. Data-driven mindset with a willingness to iterate based on insights and testing. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas effectively. Bonus Points Experience working on fitness, wellness, or sports brands. Background in scriptwriting, branded content, or experiential marketing. Familiarity with UX writing, app copy, or product messaging.
