Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for the organization. Identify new opportunities and manage key relationships in the hotel industry. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Prepare proposals, and presentations, and negotiate deals with potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Key Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in hotel industry business development, preferably with a group or chain of hotels. Impressive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
