What can you expect: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence expert to join our team, specialized in driving Continuous Improvement and Transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate discussions, challenge the status quo, and inspire stakeholders to envision future possibilities. We will count on you to: Facilitate Transformation Event workouts: Lead workouts and meetings with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive organizational change. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning improvement initiatives with business objectives. Process Improvement: Utilize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean tools to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvement plans. Challenge the Status Quo: Encourage innovative thinking and foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and practices. Strategic Visioning: Enable stakeholders to see future possibilities by articulating a clear vision for transformation and guiding them through the change process. Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are executed effectively and deliver measurable results. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, fostering a culture of learning and development. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to assess process performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Presentation Skills: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the impact and benefits of proposed changes. What you need to have: Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or a related field, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Certifications: Black Belt, or Master Black Belt Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lean tools, Value Stream Mapping, and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Executive Presence: Strong presence and confidence in presenting to senior leadership and facilitating discussions. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Change Management: Experience in leading change initiatives and managing resistance to change.
