What we are looking for As the Associate Engagement Lead, you ll leverage data to unravel complexities, adept at devising strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm. What you ll do Manage a Project Team: Leading a team to achieve goals through clear direction, communication, and collaboration. Custom Analytics Solutions: Develop customized analytics solutions to drive business growth for clients. Utilize Emerging Technologies: Apply advanced analytics and emerging technologies to tackle complex challenges across various industries. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to model data and address intricate business problems through analytical solutions. Strategic Decision Support: Analyze data to support strategic decision-making, employing analytics tools Comprehensive Data Understanding: Gain deep insights into client data and processes to deliver impactful analytical outcomes Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics and using AI tools. Bachelors degree in engineering Individuals with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Go-to-market strategy, segmentation and analyzing large datasets to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work on and manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders, with a quality mindset Deep understanding of their, including market trends, regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction.
