About Position: To assist with risk assessments, data analysis, market research and other tasks that contribute to the organizations overall risk management strategy. Role: Associate Executive - Enterprise Risk Management Location: Pune Experience: 1 - 3 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Enterprise Risk Management: To assist in the identification and assessment of potential risks to the organization’s growth, operations, finances, and reputation To prepare reports and presentations on risk related matters for senior management and stakeholders To keep track of key risk indicators and assisting in the ongoing monitoring of risk exposure To assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and plans Research and Data Analysis: To conduct research on industry best practices and emerging risks to keep the organization informed about potential threats To collect and analyze data to assess risk trends and patterns and assisting in the development of risk models To proactively create customized whitepapers and research analysis for supporting risk communication across the organization and promoting an effective risk culture Risk Documentation and Compliance: To maintain records and documentation related to risk assessments, stakeholder discussions, risk updates, policy and framework documentation and procedures To assist with compliance efforts by helping to ensure updating of the risk monitoring tools, including providing stakeholder support for capturing risk updates Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in any stream or MBA. Preferred prior experience or internship in a reputed Audit Firm, handling Internal Audit and ERM engagements. To assist with risk assessments, data analysis, market research and other tasks that contribute to the organization’s overall risk management strategy.
