Designation: Life Insurance Partner Help Desk - Associate/Jr. Associate Team: Partner Help Desk - Life Insurance No of Positions: 02 Location: Bangalore Availability: Immediate Experience: 0 to 2 Years Preferred Background: Insurance background Preferred Industry: Life Insurance. Duties and Responsibilities: • Attending incoming calls/emails from partners (brokers, agents and internal employees etc.) to provide adequate information related to insurance policies/queries/status/ Tech & Portal Issues. • Need to make Outbound calls when required. • To guide for tech issue & resolving all their queries. • Keep partner transactions and interaction records including all the complaints, inquiries, comments, and actions performed. • Need to maintain TAT. • Suggest improvements in products & processes to improve partner satisfaction. Skills and abilities: • Should have effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Hindi and English Fluency is must. • Life Insurance knowledge is required. • Prior experience in Ticket handling and Call handling will be preferred. • Ready to work in rotational shift and rotational weekly off. • Approachable & ability to handle/resolve all queries from partners and employees. • Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) with basic typing skills • Sound judgement skills with good listening abilities • Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment. • Resolve problems efficiently after critically analyzing situations
