Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional Associate Lead / Specialist – Tech Strategy with a strong background in Engineering and an MBA from a premier B School. Experience The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of work experience and have a strong tech acumen, who is eager to collaborate to scale up products and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. (Preferably CS) MBA from a premier B School. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product development or management. Proven track record of scaling up products and solutions successfully. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Collaborate on the development and scaling of innovative products and solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams on driving digital transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Analyse market trends and customer needs to ensure product relevance and competitiveness. Identify and implement strategies for product optimization and efficiency. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Skills and Attributes Experience in agile development methodologies. Knowledge of emerging technologies and how to leverage them for product innovation. Hands-on experience with project management tools and software.
