Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and facilitate comprehensive training programs on Sales, Last-mile Operations, Supply Chain management techniques, product knowledge, and soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, people management, organization culture training, behavioral training, etc.). Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and customize training content accordingly. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, and manuals for online, hybrid, and classroom training formats. Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure effective learning and application of skills. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B sales methodologies, training techniques, and industry best practices. Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience as a B2B Sales Trainer with a strong track record of success in B2B sales training. Expertise in delivering soft skills training programs. Essential experience in designing course content and imparting training (online, hybrid, and classroom). Ability to design training videos will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire employees. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Work Schedule: 6 days a week from Gurgaon office. Work as an individual contributor.
