Job Description

Responsibilities Engage with school principals, educators, and students to understand needs and customize training plans, operations, and assessments. Research and document developments in Values, Life Skills, SEL, and teacher training. Identify subject matter experts for teacher training support. Design foundational training programs for educators on effective Values, Life Skills, and SEL education delivery. Develop training content and lesson plans for various topics. Create training calendars aligned with client and models. Develop short sessions for school promotion and relationship-building. Design assessments to measure program impact. Deliver training on Values, Life Skills, and SEL topics. Train educators to deliver lessons and events for students, teachers, and parents. Assist schools in identifying suitable candidates for Character Educator roles. Support educator growth and address learning challenges with collaboration from content and program teams. Design and oversee continuous quality assessments for educators. Manage educator profiles, surveys, reports, trackers, and peer reviews. Contribute to expansion planning for all Val-Ed programs Qualification Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Interest or internship experience in teaching, training, facilitating, or counseling children and adults in educational settings. Willingness to develop expertise in Values Education, Life Skills Education, Well-Being, SEL, or Character Education through hands-on experience and mentorship Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who has/is: Enthusiastic about learning innovative training methods and delivering sessions effectively, both online and offline. Eager to explore educational research and adopt new teaching tools or pedagogies. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment with guidance and support.
