Job Description

Designation: Associate Manager - Client Onboarding Location: Hyderabad (In Office) Reporting To: Program Manager- Onboarding Overview: As an Associate Manager, your primary goal is to facilitate efficient client onboarding within targeted turnaround times (TAT). You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and concluding projects that align with ekincares strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, excel in cross-departmental collaboration, and demonstrate a passion for driving projects from inception to fruition, particularly in support of Business Development and Sales Operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely client onboarding by coordinating with CSMs, Operations, Legal, and other departments. Develop and implement program plans, aligning objectives with organizational goals. Lead program execution from initiation to closure, maintaining timelines and quality standards. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate program objectives, status updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders. Optimize sales operations processes to support business development initiatives. Provide operational support for sales efforts, including CRM management and sales reporting. Offer data-driven analysis and insights for executive decision-making. Analyze financial and business metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and maintain comprehensive program documentation and regular status reports. Qualifications and Experience: B.Tech/ MBA from reputed institutes with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-oriented decisions. Multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and working under stringent deadlines. Operational depth and the ability to work with different teams/businesses to roll out projects.
