Job Description

: Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HRBP role. Good understanding of HR concepts, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS tools preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and team support. The candidate should be based in Delhi/NCR and be open to working from the office as and when required
