Responsibilities Lead and manage the structural design and implementation of boiler systems to ensure efficiency and safety Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, adhering to timelines and budget constraints Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on boiler structures to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development Identify areas for improvement and innovation within boiler structure operations, implementing solutions for optimization Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and services required for boiler structure maintenance and upgrades Prepare reports and documentation on structural assessments, performance metrics, and project updates for management review Stay current with industry trends and best practices in boiler structure design and maintenance to drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 12-15 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Show more Show less
