Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity Develop and implement strategies to improve coal handling processes and systems Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of CHP equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to enhance plant performance Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts related to CHP operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field 12-17 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry Show more Show less
