Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the universitys marketing and admissions goals. Focus on enhancing international visibility and engagement among prospective students, parents, and industry professionals. Identify key social platforms and emerging trends to maximize brand awareness and engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels through messaging, tone, and visuals. Content Creation & Management: Develop a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic execution of posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with internal departments, including faculty, students, and alumni, to generate authentic and high-quality content. Work with designers and media team to produce visually compelling graphics, reels, and testimonial videos. Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social media-friendly formats. Optimize content for SEO and ensure social media posts are discoverable through effective keyword usage and hashtags. Analytics, Trend Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Monitor real-time social media trends and leverage them to create reactive content that drives conversations around the brand. Engage with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders through interactive content and engagement. Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive online community. Identify and collaborate with Student clubs, various student committee members, and university ambassadors to expand reach. Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, etc.). Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
