JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER CRBT GROWTH & ANALYTICS LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI (GHANSOLI) ROLE: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support growth of our CRBT category. The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing expertise and analytical skills, including the ability to extract data, and build business insights converting them into proactive and reactive tactical measures to grow CRBT category. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. CRBT Marketing : Develop in-app and external campaigns through collaboration with central marketing teams across CRBT channels to increase CRBT adoption and engagement Partner with product, marketing and engineering teams to build target cohorts for communication A/B test messaging, targeting, and user journeys to improve CRBT activation. Work with design and content teams to create impactful messaging for in-app communications. Use content and user-behaviour insights to refine communication strategies and maximize conversions. Develop CRBT marketing playbook over 3-6 months to determine sure shot tactics for category growth. 2. Data Analytics & Insights : Extract and analyse CRBT adoption and engagement data. Identify category beats through tracking of key performance metrics and identify communication levers for increasing CRBT adoption. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from Tier 1 college 3-4 years of work experience in growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within telecom or digital entertainment industries. Prior experience in CRBT, music streaming, or telecom marketing is a plus Hands-on experience w.r.t performance marketing & lifecycle marketing. Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in data ability to extract, manipulate, & analyze data from large datasets.
