You will coordinate with internal teams, expand the vendor network, manage workforce recruitment, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless corporate medical room launches. Expand the vendor network to provide comprehensive medical room services. Manage workforce recruitment (Doctors, Nurses, etc.) and compliance requirements. Handle resource planning, locum arrangements, and daily resource monitoring. Oversee procurement and compliance for non-manpower vendors (Ambulances, Medical consumables, Biomedical waste management, laundry, etc.). Work closely with Finance teams for client invoicing and budget management. Conduct Pan-India medical room audits and training sessions for medical professionals. Generate monthly audit reports and prepare MIS reports. Engage in client relationship management and contribute to expanding the corporate client base. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD) from any university.
