As an Associate OHC, Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless functioning of medical rooms across corporate launches. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including coordinating with internal teams, expanding the vendor network for comprehensive medical room services, and overseeing workforce recruitment while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Co-ordination with internal teams for smooth corporate launches. Vendor network expansion for medical rooms covering end to end services requirements. Work force recruitment for medical rooms (Doctors, Nurses Etc.) and maintaining all compliances. Resource planning, locum arrangements and daily monitoring of resources Managing end-to-end procurement and compliances for non-manpower vendors i.e. Ambulances, Medical consumables, Bio medical waste management, laundry etc. associated with medical rooms. End to end coordination with internal Finance teams and for client invoicing Coordination for conducting Pan India medical rooms regular audits Conducting regular Training session for Nurses through virtual medium. Monthly audit reports generation for clients and MIS preparation Client relationship management and value add to increase corporate base. The successful applicant: Graduate/pursuing from any university/ top college Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning abilities.
