About the Role SkillTyro is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is perfect for someone with a keen analytical mindset, an eye for creative ad strategies, and a strong desire to grow in the field of performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize targeting. Monitor ad performance, CTRs, CPCs, ROAS , and provide insights to improve efficiency. Support A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Work with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing automation, and ad platform updates. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboarding tools. Familiarity with AI-driven ad automation, chatbots, and marketing automation tools is a plus. Self-driven and willing to take ownership of campaigns. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
