Designation- Associate- Performance Marketing BU- Study Abroad Location- Noida- Sec 125 (Work from Office) Experiance- 2-4 years Salary Range- 6- 7.5 LPA Role Overview: The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for end-to-end execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, affiliate networks, and other paid media channels . This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously to drive high-quality student leads at scale. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, and affiliate networks. Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations. Drive high-quality student leads while managing budgets effectively. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for seamless campaign execution. Track and report campaign performance regularly with actionable insights. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies. Ensure accurate tracking via tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tagging. Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid acquisition roles. Proficiency with tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Bing Ads.
