In- Warehouse Job Description Job Title: Associate (Full Time ) Department: Retail/Customer Service Reports to: Assistant warehouse Manager / Team Leader Job Summary: As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. Education: 10th, Diploma, Graduates, can apply Age Limit : 18 to 34 years Within 5 years passed out graduates and diploma candidates are preferred freshers are welcome Preferred immediate joiners Salary is based on your education 10th : 15.5K Diploma : 18.5K ( 2020-2025 ) Graduates : 19.5K (2020-2025 ) Key Responsibilities Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications. Verify items against packing lists to ensure accuracy. Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring that they are protected during transit. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking area and throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels and discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified). Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
