At Great Kapital, we help companies optimize their supply chain with our plug-and-play tech solutions. We help large companies who are looking to procure goods by aggregating all their suppliers and offer a more extended credit period to the buyer while paying the suppliers as per the original credit terms. This helps them to streamline their procurement operations and reduce the requirement for on-balance sheet debt while improving free cash flows. You would be an integral part of a workplace that is at the intersection of finance, technology, and supply chain and be able to rub shoulders with some of the best talents in India from institutions such as McKinsey, Ernst & Young, Flipkart, Freshworks, and the Schwarzman Scholars Programme. You will be closely working with the Product lead and the senior management, where the role will involve building our existing product. What you will be doing Identifying company metrics and setting up processes to analyze and track funnel performance with the latest innovations. Ideating, building features, and managing the entire product lifecycle. Product strategy: Work closely with the co-founders and contribute to the product roadmap. Identify and gather requirements, define, and spec features, and work cross-functionally to bring them to market. Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company. Drive roadmap implementation in collaboration with Engineering peers. Understanding patrons through research of user actions, and market data and ensuring focused and productive product development. Good to Haves Ability to understand the needs of the users, translate them into features, and work with engineers to help with the implementation. Ability to design and analyze data and set up quality processes and guardrails. 1 year of minimum experience in handling product strategies. Passion for solving real people problems at scale. Depth of experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters.
