Job Summary: As the Associate at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals. What You'll Do: ● Experience interfacing with customers or development teams ● Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools ● Storytelling and vision setting skills ● Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies ● Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry ● Experience working with international teams ● Experience at a startup/fast paced environment ● Experience building integration frameworks for enterprise platforms ● Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services ● Demonstrated proficiency in managing developer-focused / API-centric products ● 2-4 years of SaaS product management experience ● Experience building iPaaS products ● Experience building solutions that sync data between enterprise HR systems What You've Done: ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry ● Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition ● Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch ● Experience with Form Builder or Integration products ● Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Show more Show less
