Job Description

1) Business-Driven Data Insights Analyze and interpret data, even from limiteddatasets, to derive meaningful business insights. Identify trends, patterns, and actionablerecommendations that impact business strategy and decision-making. 2) Strategic Application of Data Collaborate with stakeholders to understandbusiness challenges and design data-backed solutions. Apply insights from data analysis to optimizebusiness processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth. 3) Program Coordination and Cross-FunctionalCollaboration Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales,Supply Chain, Operations) to align data-driven recommendations withorganizational goals. Serve as a liaison between teams to ensureclarity, alignment, and effective communication. 4) Continuous Improvement and Learning Identify opportunities to improve datacollection, management, and analysis processes. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of datathrough regular validation and optimization of data processes. 5) Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders. Facilitate discussions to align objectives,priorities, and actionable outcomes. Requirements Qualifications : Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Statistics, or a related field from Tier 1 College. Proven 0-2 year experience as a Data Analyst / Program Manager or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques. Not looking for complete technical product side of expertise. Immediate joiner / 2 weeks notice. Key Attributes : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Key Skills : Proficient in Python for data analysis and visualization. Strong command of SQL for querying and managing databases. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
