Associate Project Engineer / Project Engineer - Design (Motor Controller Skills) We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Engineer / Project Engineer - Design with 0 to 3 years of experience in Electronics. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about power electronics and control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Motor Controller Strategies (DTC/ FOC - Direct Torque Control/Field-Oriented Control). Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the design, development, and testing of motor control units and related electronic systems. This involves contributing to hardware schematic design, component selection, and potentially firmware development for embedded motor control applications. You will work on various aspects of motor control, including algorithm implementation, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. This position requires a solid understanding of power electronics, electric motor principles, control theory, and embedded systems. You will collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot design issues, optimize control algorithms for performance and efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact the performance and functionality of our electronic motor control systems.
