Core Capabilities: • 5+ years experience developing and managing web-based projects (minimum of 2 years development and 2 years management) • First class communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to manage multiple web-based projects simultaneously and work well under pressure • First class communication skills (verbal and written) Confident and effective communication skills • Ability to follow defined project delivery processes • Time management and prioritisation • Proven track record of effective time management, attention to detail and diplomacy • Awareness of project planning (MS Project) • Awareness of budgets and the capturing of change control • Awareness of quality assurance • Excellent knowledge and experience of: o Working knowledge and familiarity with content management system o Solid foundation in the following: AJAX/JavaScript (jQuery),CSS, XML, XSLT, .NET, and XHTML o Knowledge on responsive web design would be a bonus o PRINCE2 Practitioner/PMP qualification
