Job Description

Role & responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Preferred candidate profile Exposure to business intelligence & cloud technologies, concepts, architectures and methodologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Good to have exposure to the Onsite/Offshore delivery model. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
