Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role. Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
