The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with clients to provide services across multiple departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Develop and deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems using financial modeling and presentation skills. Work closely with market-leading entrepreneurs, game-changers, disruptors, and visionaries to achieve business objectives. Utilize knowledge of fund raise and restructuring to drive business growth and improvement. Deliver high-quality results through effective project finance and infrastructure management. Apply understanding of corporate finance, buy and integrate, sell and separate, and reshaping results to optimize business outcomes. ### Job Requirements MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with a strong academic background and high scores in finance/economics and management subjects. CA qualification is required. Possess technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction diligence. Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to solving issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
