Key Roles and Responsibilities Core Development -Develop, test, and deploy applications using MS .NET Core or Node.js . Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using Angular , React , TypeScript , and Next.js . Good To have AI /ML, Gen AI, Python. OOP and Design Patterns -Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles effectively in solutions. Learn and use design patterns to ensure clean and scalable codebases. Problem Solving -Solve algorithmic challenges to improve code efficiency and application performance. Learning and Development -Actively participate in learning sessions on coding standards , best practices , and modern frameworks . Code Quality -Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Use tools to conduct peer reviews and ensure coding standards. Collaboration -Collaborate with senior developers and team members to deliver on assigned tasks. Platforms and Practices -Work with platforms like Git , Azure DevOps , and CI/CD pipelines for source control and deployments. Testing -Write and execute unit and integration tests for reliable application functionality. Ranks -Competitive ranking or participation in platforms like HackerRank , LeetCode , etc. Soft Skills -Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
