Role & responsibilities Duties and responsibilities The individual needs to do detailed research for all assigned Issuing Authorities within the desired turnaround time. Needs to initiate calls and mails to the Issuing Authority/governing bodies to confirm the verification related information and ensure a rigorous follow up on the same. Needs to take a decision for final status on the basis of detailed searches, mail and call. Needs to handle assigned Process Improvement projects and complete them within a defined timeframe. Needs to maintain a secured and robust data in a desired excel format. Qualifications and Work Experience Basic Excel Knowledge. Fast learner and must have a logical bent of mind. Must be a computer Savvy person with good internet knowledge and research skills. Excellent written and verbal Telugu ,Malayalam, Tamil Communication Skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks assigned. Must have out of the box thinking skills.
