Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout all stages. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure all HR policies are communicated effectively and adhered to by all employees. Monitor and analyze attrition rates and implement strategies to improve employee retention. Conduct regular stay interviews to understand and address employee concerns. Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and other initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Conduct thorough exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement within the organization. Ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained within the HR department and across the organization. SKILLS & REQUIREMENT Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on the hire-to-retire process. Proven experience in policy formulation, attrition management, employee engagement, and exit interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
