Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Blended Process. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, including calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for international clients. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and client expectations Ensure timely and effective communication with customers. Achieve individual performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
