Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide sales associates in daily activities, ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are met. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to boost individual and team performance. Handle customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. Track and report on individual and team sales metrics. Ensure visual merchandising, stock levels, and promotional materials are aligned with brand standards. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute in-store promotions or sales strategies. Foster a positive team culture that supports growth, accountability, and collaboration. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sales (retail, B2C, or B2B). At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
