Associate Technical Manager(Golang)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 5-8 years of experience to provide technical leadership for our Voice AI platform development. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, architect solutions, and ensure the technical implementation aligns with our product vision. Responsibilities Lead the technical design & implementation of our Voice AI platform, focusing on microservices architecture & performance optimization Architect & oversee development of core services including voice processing pipeline, workflow engine, and agent intelligence components Guide the team in implementing our Go-based backend services & ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements Integrate & optimize LLM orchestration systems for agent intelligence Mentor and develop engineering team members, providing technical guidance & code reviews Collaborate with product management to translate product requirements into technical specifications Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in software development with strong experience in Go (Golang) Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG & prompt engineering Background in developing multi-tenant SaaS platforms Experience with Redis caching solutions and message queuing Proficiency with ClickHouse for analytics and metrics Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems Proven track record of leading technical teams Previous B2B SaaS startup experience is a must Preferred Qualifications Experience in voice quality optimization Familiarity with predictive autoscaling for variable workloads Experience with event-driven architectures Knowledge of agent-based systems & multi-agent coordination Experience with advanced observability & monitoring systems Background in cost optimization for cloud infrastructure Contributions to open-source projects in relevant domains Personal Attributes Strong problem-solving abilities and architectural thinking Low ego, high empathy, & the capacity to lead diverse teams effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities Passion for AI and conversational interfaces Eagerness to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies Strategic thinker with attention to detail
