Job Title: US Recruiter (Associate Recruiter) Location : Noida or Ahmedabad (Hybrid after 2 months) Compensation : 3 LPA (Fixed) Shift Timings : Winter : 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST Summer (DST) : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Work Schedule : 5 days a week, weekends off Perks : Mediclaim, Transport, Ongoing Incentives Training : 2-week training program Role Overview We're looking for a driven US Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based positions in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening : Identify and evaluate candidates for US-based roles across multiple sectors. Candidate Engagement : Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and build lasting relationships with candidates. Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared. Client Collaboration : Partner with US-based hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on candidate progress. Recruitment Records Management : Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate profiles in the recruitment system. Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree. Experience : Recruitment experience, especially in US hiring, is a plus. Skills : Strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office/ATS.
