Job Summary: The Travel Desk Associate is responsible for managing corporate travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and efficient bookings, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, transport). Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries for employees. Negotiate with vendors for best rates and service quality. Ensure adherence to travel policies and budget control. Handle emergency travel requests and last-minute changes. Maintain travel records and expense reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in travel booking tools and MS Office. Ability to handle multiple requests and work under pressure.
