Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and street-smart Process Improvement Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a blend of analytical acumen, project management expertise, and a knack for process optimization. Key Responsibilities: oManage and execute multiple operational and improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. oPerform in-depth data analysis using Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. oMap, design, and optimize workflows using process improvement methodologies and tools like BPMN notation, MS Visio, Signavio, or draw.io. oDocument and implement efficient processes with a focus on scalability and operational excellence. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and implement solutions effectively. oImplement task automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency (using AI or otherwise). oSupport data management activities using SAP or similar ERP software to streamline operational workflows. Required Skills: Strong project management capabilities. Expertise in data analysis (Excel) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills. Stakeholder management with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Process improvement experience with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent. Experience in database management or ERP systems such as SAP. Background in operations-heavy industries or startup environments. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in: oComplex operations in startups or small companies. oProcess improvement roles within organizations. oManagement consulting with exposure to operational workflows. Experience with process design, deployment, improvement, and documentation is highly valued. Background in the drone industry is not required, but experience with operations-heavy companies is preferred. Personality Traits: Proactive and self-motivated. Street-smart problem solver. Coachable with a growth mindset
