About the Company: A leading pharmaceutical company in Mumbai is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and overall talent management. The ideal candidate must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be proficient in end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for pharma-related roles. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent retention strategies to ensure high employee engagement and low attrition. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution while ensuring a positive work environment. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry. Performance Management: Drive performance appraisals, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Employer Branding: Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent from the pharma sector. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Key Requirements: Industry Experience: Must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry. HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, talent acquisition, and hiring. Experience: 6 to 10 years in HR roles within pharma companies. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact with senior management and department heads effectively. Location: Candidate must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
