Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition Experience in total recruitment cycle. i.e Shortlisting of Resume, Calling and Scheduling interview, Salary Negotiation, Joining Formalities etc Identify organizational manpower requirements of various departments. Cater the requirements by identifying the available surplus focusing on priority. Maintain the recruitments as per the competence mapping Maintaining the Statutory Compliances as per PF, ESIC, BOCW Act and Contract Labour Act. Experience in Sub-Contractor labour compliances under various labour laws & Documentation process for Construction Projects. Handling the Time Office and Wages administration. Experience in Filing Returns under CLRA, BOCW, Bonus & other related Acts Experience in PF & ESIC challan generation. Liaoning with govt. departments & external auditing authorities. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with 8 plus years of experience in Construction / Real Estate preferred. Perks and benefits As per Industry Standards
