Job Description

1. Experience with Desktop Laptops like Assemble, Disassemble, Installation, Troubleshooting Configuration. 2. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues. 3. Good Experience in IP Addressing, Active Directory, O365, DNS DHCP. 4. Good Experience on Windows Server (Server 2008, 2012 2019) and client OS like 8, 10 11. 5. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. 6. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and virtualization. 7. Experience in troubleshooting Internet configurations and email client issues. 8. Experience in configuring Switches, Routers, Firewalls Wireless APs. 9. Configure and manage Data backup. 10. Provide technical support for internal and external users about software or hardware-related issues. 11. Experience in customer support. 12. Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or CCNA, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) is an added advantage. Qualification/Competencies: Educational qualifications: BCA, MCA Experience: Minimum 5 Years Preferred Industries: Solar/Heavy Machinery industry/any other Competencies/skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
