Inventory Management 2. Process optimization & improvements for Efficiency and Expense Control 3. Digitalization of processes & Data management 4 Organizational Imperatives Job Profile: 1. Inventory Management - Timely closures of inward shipments (GRN) over system & physical binning. Daily recording & controlling TAT. - Timely closures of outward shipments (Production requirements) over system & physical handover. - Collaborate with CFT to resolve issues arising during transaction execution. - Dynamic Workload Management: Adapting to fluctuations in inward and outward transactions to ensure timely closures, while driving ongoing reductions in fixed and operational costs. - DOH monitoring and control - Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 90 percent. - Ensuring FIFO and PHR implementation - Ageing inventory analysis and actions for consumption - Control, monitoring & execution of inward & outward inventory transactions over System & Physical 2. Process optimization & improvements for Efficiency and Expense Control - Ensuring Process optimization & improvements for Efficiency and Expense Control - Continuously working on improving processes to maximize productivity & TAT - Improvising & Establishing the SOPs for each and every activity - Logistics Management Strategy for Relocation to Khalapur: Key Considerations and Planning 3. Digitalization of processes & Data management - Benchmarking and Best Practices Adoption: Identifying and implementing industryproven methods to enhance overall system performance, capacity, and efficiency Organization Imperatives - IMS, MIS, Safety & Housekeeping - Departmental lead for IMS. To maintain department IMS documentation and updation. - Maintain the department safety & 5S - People development through levers like skill mapping, Job rotations & Trainings.
