About this Position: The person will be responsible for end-to-end production activities, manpower and machine handling, maintain quality and safety in the plant and process etc. What you ll do: Production, Machine and Manpower Handling, Looking after the daily production, delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects and providing daily reports, Assigning responsibilities to the production employees and develops and coaches team members, Ensuring all equipment reworking properly, FMEA, Control plan, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Preparing work schedules and ensuring on-time completion of production plan, Maintaining Quality Service and Identifying Troubleshooting production issues, Ensuring clean safe working environment, Submitting timely reports and Inventory management, Data entering in SAP- Production Module, Communicating with machine manufacturer for any machine troubles, Lean Manufacturing TPM OEE Production Systems Continuous Improvement Safety Quality, Able to work in shifts.
