Job Title: Service Assistant/Department Manager - (Team Leader) Job Description: We are looking for a Service Assistant/Department Manager (Team Leader) who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and service activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The key responsibilities include: Day-to-Day Service Monitoring : Supervise and address day-to-day maintenance and service complaints to ensure timely resolution. Maintenance/Service Planning : Develop and implement maintenance/service plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. CAPA Implementation : Work on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve service quality. Client Issue Resolution : Collaborate with the CRM team to resolve client-related issues. Breakdown Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective measures. Machine Maintenance Monitoring : Oversee the timely preventive maintenance checks (PMC), annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and repair services for machines. Improvement of Planned Maintenance : Focus on enhancing planned maintenance processes and practices. Case Studies for Repeated Problems : Conduct case studies to address and resolve repeated issues. Training of Service Employees : Provide training and guidance to service employees to improve their skills and efficiency. Service Engineers Monitoring : Track and monitor the plans and status of all service engineers to ensure effective execution of tasks. Manufacturing Materials Follow-up : Follow up on materials required during warranty, breakdowns, and AMC, and ensure timely availability. Material Purchase Requisitions (PR) : Prepare and follow up on material purchase requisitions (PRs), maintain records, and ensure proper stock levels. Customer Coordination : Coordinate with customers to attend to breakdowns, warranty, and AMC-related tasks, ensuring clear communication and service delivery. Safety Monitoring : Actively monitor and enforce work safety procedures as a member of the Safety Core Committee. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address issues efficiently. Regional Travel : Travel extensively across the region to resolve maintenance-related issues and provide on-site support. Customer Complaint Resolution : Ensure prompt closure of customer complaints in collaboration with the team, prioritizing urgent issues. Cross-Department Coordination : Work closely with Design, Production, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of service activities. CNC Machine Knowledge : Possess basic knowledge of CNC machines and their operational requirements. Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge : Have a fundamental understanding of electrical and mechanical work. Team Player : Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve departmental goals. Positive Work Approach : Exhibit a positive attitude and approach to work, encouraging a productive environment.
