Job Description

We are Hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- HR(Training & Development) Experience: 5+ Yrs Location: Hyderabad Role & responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with departmental heads and senior leadership team to identify key competency gaps at the required levels and design training interventions for competencies building. 2. Design and deliver leadership development programs, managerial and executive development programs, and other initiatives to build leadership capabilities as part of strategy plan to meet career development & succession planning objectives. 3. Utilize a variety of learning methodologies and technologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, and experiential learning, to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions. Develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip internal trainers and subject matter experts with the necessary skills to effectively deliver training to the concerned identified personnel. 5. Networking with external training experts, consultants, and subject matter experts to leverage external expertise and resources as needed. 6. Monitor and manage the training and development budget, and cost-effective delivery of training programs. 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the needs of campus recruits, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Reviews of existing training modules and the course content thereof to have a continuous improvement process. 8. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the training needs of campus recruits, considering both technical skills and soft skills requirements. 9. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, that align with learning objectives and enhance the learning experience. 10. Utilize data analytics tools to track training metrics, analyse trends, and generate insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
